Elaine Dillon Carter entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Foundation Hospital on Saturday, September 26, 2015. She worked for the Louisiana State Office of Children Services and Department of Health & Hospital Services as a Medicaid Analyst for 35 years. Daughter of the late Aldonia Lee Steele and Donald Dillon. Sister of Richard (Shirley) Harang of Lithonia, GA and Marlis (Dianne) Harang, Sr. of Marrero, LA. Aunt of Marlis Harang, Jr., of Chino Hills, CA, Steven Harang, Kyranique Washington of Marrero, LA, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 61 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church 6223 6th Ave. Marrero, LA on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Rev.
