Kevin Lavon Whitley entered into eternal rest at his residence surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 8:00p.m. He had a great personality and will be remembered for his huge smile. Devoted son of David and Shelly Tigler and Floyd Barber. Grandson of the late Ben and Ethel Whitley. Beloved brother of Eric Whitley. Adored uncle of Joshua and Jayson Whitley. Nephew of the late Vera Lewis and Charles Whitley. Cousin of the late Tracy Lewis, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 38 years a native and resident of Gretna, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Life Center Cathedral and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, La. on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Bishop J.
