Katrina Van Rollins

Katrina "Trina" Van Rollins departed this life on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the age of 50. She was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Devoted mother of Essence Ashley Rollins whom she affectionately called "her gal". Loving daughter of Alice Kelly Rollins and the late Bruce Rollins, Sr. Granddaughter of the late Arthur Kelly, Sr., Ellen Kelly, Peter and Rhea Evans Rollins. Sister of Michelle Rollins, Adrean Smith, Bruce (Charlene) Rollins, Jr., Stacy (Kevin) Anderson and April (Jarvis) Hawkins. Great niece of Marion Varnado, Earl Jackson, Pastor Wilfred Brown, Jr., Yvonne Vancourt, Leah Callens, and Valerie Bailey; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, close cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Good Hope Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Good Hope Baptist Church, 2028 Weyer St. Gretna, LA on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Eddie Cross, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
