Albertha Ruffin Anderson

Albertha Ruffin Anderson, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at West Jefferson Medical Center. She was a retired nurse assistant at Holy Cross Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Anderson, Sr. Devoted mother of Douglas, Jr., Alicide, Calvin, Herbert, and Bobby Anderson. Daughter of the late Henry and Josephine Felo Ruffin. Sister of Joseph (Viola) Ruffin and the late Bertha Jackson, Hannah Prince, Joyce Lewis, Henry and Wilbert Ruffin, Sr. Sister in law of Vernon Lewis, Celeste and Alberta Ruffin, also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Age 85 years a native and resident of Algiers, LA.
