Beloved husband of Renita Dedeaux Pritchett. Devoted father of Percival (Devita), Christopher (Tanika), Ronald, and Beverly (Charles Hooker) Pritchett. Son of Ernestine Richard Pritchett and the late Rev. Alex J. Pritchett, Sr. Grandson of the late Rev. Samuel T. and Lillie Fazande Richard, Alex and Mattie Pritchett. Brother of Theophilus A. and Orlando C. Pritchett, Thais M. (Lionel) Walker, Fayette S. (Esaw) Frazier, Joannette M. (Tyrone) Jones, Linda Pritchett, and the late Alex J. Pritchett, Jr. and Schwann P. Mealancon. Nephew of Barbara D. (Ernest) Jones, Rosa C. (Harry) Jordan, Herman Pritchard, and the late Daisy B. Jones, Jimmie and Yvette R. Lawson, Doris and Vernon Richard. Son in law of Eugene Dedeaux, Sr. and the late Earl and Rev. Beverly Cousins. Brother in law of Pastor Sterling Mealancon and the late Minnie Lee Pritchett. Devoted friend of Benoris Brignac, also survived by 14 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, sisters and brothers in law other relatives and friends. Age: 59 years a native of Harvey, La. and a resident of Gretna, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Progressive Church, Second Zion Baptist Church and neighboring churches; Employees of Home Depot Gretna are invited to attend the funeral service at United Fellowship Gospel Baptist Church 2100 Ames Blvd. Marrero, La. on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Bishop Tommie Triplett, Jr., Host Pastor, Pastor Sterling Mealancon officiating Viewing will be held from 8:00a.m. - 9:45a.m. ONLY at the above named church.
