Ra’chad Dowell, age 19, a lifelong resident of Algiers, LA, entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 30, 2015. Beloved companion of Monique Sandifer. Devoted father of A’Myrie Sandifer. Loving son of Richard Harris and LaQuwanda Dowell Harton. Stepson of Kenneth Harton. Brother of Shawanda, Ashley and Natalie Dowell. Stepbrother of Kenia Grahm, Erianna Dickerson, Ashtan Alexis, Kenneth Harton, III, Richard Durant, Emmanuel Doyle and Christian Perkins. Grandson of the late Richard and Dorothy Harris; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
