Robert Neal

Robert “Bobby” Terrence Neal departed this life on Sunday, December 13, 2015 in Long Beach, CA at the age of 50. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Long Beach, CA. Robert was a graduate of Polytechnic High School where he excelled as a star football player. He continued his studies at Long Beach City College on an athletic scholarship majoring in Business Management. Loving father of Benjamin (Sandra) Culp, Aniya, Arielle and Robert Neal, Jr., and their loving mother Elaine. Beloved son of Barbara Neal-Gale and Joseph (Shirley) Grant, Sr. Brother of Joann Grant and Dr. Joseph (Yashica) Grant, III of Annapolis, MD. Grandson of the late Johnny and Shirley Neal, Raymond Grant and Ethel Bonner. Great-grandson of the late Ernest (Lorraine) Jackson, Sr. and Alexander (Evelina) Williams, Sr. Nephew of the late Mary A. Bonner; also survived by 3 granddaughters, 2 nieces, 4 nephews and a host of cousins, other loving relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Second Salvation Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Second Salvation Baptist Church, 212 Marrero Ave. Bridge City, LA on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Charles Crawford, officiating

Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
