Bertram Louis Saunders, Jr., age 45, departed this life on Friday, December 25, 2015. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Bertram was employed with Att-Lass Construction of New Orleans. Loving father of Kiara Smith. Son of the late Bertram Louis Saunders, Sr. and Lindarae Saunders. Grandson of the late Henry, Sr. and Olive Joseph, and Dilena Saunders. Brother of Danalynne Merrick and Sheridan Bean. Nephew of the late Henry, Jr. and Eugenia Joseph; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
