Agnes Paul Stewart

Agnes “Squeaky” L. Paul Stewart entered in to rest at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the age of 59. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Harvey, LA. Agnes was a former employee of Universal Furniture Store and Travelodge Hotel. Beloved wife of the late Robert Stewart. Loving mother of Ronald, Antoine, Leonard, LaDawn and DayShaw Paul. Daughter of the late Clarence Paul, Sr. and Orelia Struggs Paul. Granddaughter of the late Angelina Struggs Sister of Alice (the late Lionel), Madeline (Kenneth), Lil Paul, Carolyn (Willis), Clarence, Jr., Albert (Elaine) Michael, and Donald Paul, Lawrence and Leo Ross and the late Alex Paul.  Niece of the late Emelda Grant, Lucille Smith, Mary George, Thelma Degree, Rowenia Struggs, Benjamin Struggs, Sr., William Struggs and Oliver George, Sr. Sister-in-law of Jackie Foster the late Debra Paul. Special friend of Charley “Roy” Davis; also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Evening Star Missionary Baptist Church, Israel Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Israel Baptist Church 1612 Esther St. Harvey, LA on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 10:00a.m.
