Darrius Denzel Wooden, a student entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 2, 2016.

Son of Joseph Mott and Lydia Wooden. Grandson of Marguerite Wooden and the late Brian Bessie Forcell Wooden, Oscar Wooden, Sr. and Joseph (Rebecca) Mott. Brother of Brandon Wooden, Ronald (Kim) Harkins, Joseph C. Thomas, and Raymond L. Mott, Greg (Tynesia) Johnson, Kedric Kinchen, Travis Murry, Elise (Michelle) Boys, Tara Mott, Trinika King and the late Brian Wooden. Nephew of Jean Scrubbs, Mary Ann and Alice Wooden. Godson of Larry and Lynette Washington and Alan Wooden and Tenasha Manshack, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  

Age: 14 year a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA. on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 1:00p.m.

Interment: Mt. Olive Cemetery- Ama, LA.
