Corey Kentrel Cameron

Corey Kentrel Cameron, age 36, departed this life at West Jefferson Medical Center on Monday, January 25, 2016. He was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA.   Loving son of Robin (Romalice) Claiborne and Nais (Judith) Cameron. Grandson of Nais Cameron, Sr., Leatrice Mitchell and the late Dorothy Cameron and Clarence Mitchell. Brother of Vance LaFrance, Takila (Reginald) Jackson, Sade Claiborne, Ariane Louis, Nosha Evans and the late Shontel Williams. Uncle of Kaitlin, Khloe, Kaleigha and Reginald Jackson, Jr. Cousin of the late Dan Kerry; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Deliverance Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY, MARRERO, LA on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Jessie C. Magee, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
