Bobbie Elaine Jones

Bobbie Elaine Robinson Jones entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 22, 2016 at her residence at the age of 81. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Loving wife of Sherman Jones, Sr. of 50 years. Beloved mother of Wanda Smith, Debra Smith, Judy husband Willie Jordan, Jr., Christopher partner Geneva Dupor, Mark and Sean Jones and the late Sherman Jones, Jr. Daughter of the late James, Sr . and Ida Clark Robinson. Granddaughter of the late Eva Songy Clark. Sister of Lionel and Ronnie Robinson, and the late James Robinson, Jr., also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also priest and parishioners of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church 455 Ames Blvd. Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Father Eugene F. Jacques, Pastor / Charles E. Allen Celebrant  Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m., Recitation of the Rosary at 8:30a.m., and Celebration of Life at 9:30a.m., at the above named church.
