Charles Ronnie Ross

Charles Ronnie “Puppy” Ross went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the age 65.

He was a native of and resident of Algiers, LA.

Devoted and beloved companion of Linda “Lulu” Horton for 43 years. Son of the late William, Sr. and Rosalie Ross. Father of Chanette Ross, Philipia Smith, and Phelicia (Jared) Riley. Brother of Irvin Ross, David Ross, and the late William Ross, Jr., George Ross, Sr., Ernest Ross, Handy Ross, Terry Ross, Timothy Ross, Bertha Ross Turner, Mary Nea Ross, and Dorothy Ross Collins. Godfather of Linda (Arthur) Harrison, also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters in law, brothers in law and numerous students and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Fischer Community Church, First New Testament Missionary & Educational Baptist Church, Second Baptist Church, Second Nazarene Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; Doctors and staff of the Oncology Department of University Medical Center, Nurse Denise, Chaplin Lisa, and Mr. Rudy of St. Joseph Hospice are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service at Fischer Community Church 1737 LB Landry Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 10:00a.m.
