Terry Tucker

Terry Tucker peacefully departed this life at his residence on Friday, March 4, 2016 at the age of 67. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Terry was owner and operator of Tucker Food Store. Loving husband of Inell Mathieu Tucker. Devoted father of Chukym (Edward) Scott, and Tanya (Wallace) Craft. Son of Ophelia Albert Tucker and the late Malcolm Tucker. Brother of Malcolm, Arnold (Ernestine), Kenneth (Linda), Mark (Angela) and Donald Tucker and Cheryl Tucker (Jeff) Tanner; also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 4 sisters-in-law, 2 brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Matthew United Methodist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Matthew United Methodist Church, 1100 Verret St. Algiers, LA on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Amos Chandler, officiating; Pastor Simon Chigumira, host pastor.

Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Christian Social Cemetery-Gretna, LA
