Richard Marshall

Richard Marshall, age 85, peacefully departed this life on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Lettsworth, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Richard retired from the Jefferson Parish Sewerage and Drainage Department after many years of service. He was a member of The Geyster's Social and Pleasure Club  Beloved husband of the late Dolores M. Marshall. Son of the late Moses Marshall and Lugenia Carr Brown.   Father of Emilian V. White of Houston, TX, Tonya J. White of Marrero, LA, and the late Marjorie M. P. B. Bell. Brother of Henry Cobbler, James Carr, Rosie Shaw, Delta Cobbler, Betty Jean Carr and the late Henry Cobbler; also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10:00a.m.
