Audrey Street Walton was called home to be with the Lord at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank on Friday, March 25, 2016 at the age of 82.   Beloved wife of John Walton, Jr. Loving mother of Henry (Cynthia), Chester, and Lester Walton and the late Darlean, Kenneth, Charlie, Ronald, Larry and Harry Walton. Daughter of the late Nathan and Emily Badger Street. Sister of Benny and Herbert Goirl and the late Delores S. Collins. Sister-in-law of Dorothy Walton. Godmother of Cecily Williams; also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of New Hope Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Hope Baptist Church, 434 7th St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 10:00a.m.

Pastor Warren E. Johnson, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: New Hope Cemetery-Gretna, LA
