Dawn Ellen Scott departed life at her residence on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the age of 28. She was a native of Avondale, LA and a resident of Kenner, LA. Dawn was a 2003 graduate of Louisiana National Guard (YCP) in Beauregard, LA. She was an employed as a cashier with Home Depot. Fiancée of the late Raynell Kimbrough. Devoted mother of Damien Cardea Scott, Zay Ramel Scott, and Rayne Kimbrough. Loving daughter of Ellen Scott and Dwain Hardy. Granddaughter of Patricia Scott, Jules Hardy, and the late Milton Victor and Margaret Hardy. Sister of Jules Scott, Devon Howard, Preston Jeanjacques, Dwain Jeanjacques and Akia Howard; also survived by 8 uncles, 7 aunts, 4 nephews, 1 niece and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Greater Mt. Calvary Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Home Depot are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Greater Mt. Calvary Church, 1600 Westwood Dr. Marrero, LA on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Terry Gullage, officiating
