Louise “Deedy” Haynes Ford, age 68, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at her residence. She was a native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved wife of the late Peter Ford, Jr. Devoted mother of Denise Ford, Johnny (Kittie) Mosley, Johnnel (Doris) Mosley, John Mosley, Jr., Judy (Greg) Black, Jerome Mosley, Donalisa Mosley, Cornelius Johnson, Peter Ford, III, and the late Edward Ford. Daughter of the late Norman Haynes, Sr., and Oris E. Haynes Williams. Sister of Joyce Jones, Edna Gross, Julie Singleton, and Norman Haynes, all of New Orleans, LA, Enetta Brew, Iris Ezeb of Berkeley, CA, Grace Perry of Oakland, CA and Josephine Peart of Washington, D.C.; also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Austerlitz Baptist Church, Greater Mt Calvary Church, Life Center FGBC, Body of Christ, Smoking for Jesus Ministries of Kingsley, TX and all neighboring churches; employees of Chevron Chemical Plant and Davita Dialysis (Marrero) are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Austerlitz Baptist Church, 819 Austerlitz St., New Orleans, LA on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 10:00a.m.
