Molly Ann Davis, age 78, departed this life on Friday, April 29, 2016 at her residence. She was a native of New Orleans, LA a resident of Jefferson Parish. Molly was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and was employed as a sales associate with Walmart. Loving mother of Ahmed Davis, Darran T. Davis, Sr., and Suzette M. Davis. Former wife of August H. Davis. Daughter of the late Joseph S. Gross, Sr. and Birdie J. Gross. Sister of Mary Agnes Davis, Birdie Thomas, John A. Gross, and the late Michael Gross, Bartholomew Gross, Joseph S. Gross, Jr., Rogers C. Gross, Letty Villegas and Rose M. Johnson; also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 12:30p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:00noon until service time at the parlor.
