Lorraine Swatt Walker entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at her residence.

Mother of Denise and Earl (Melissa) Gilson. Grandmother of Victoria, James, Shelby, and Myles. Daughter of James Swatt and Dorothy Swatt White. Sister of Uris (Charlene), Deborah “Deedy” (Isaiah) Johnson, James (Ethel) Swatt, Alvin, Gregory, Chris, Veronica, Theresa, and Ethel, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friend.

Age: 66 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident Harvey, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Philadelphia Christian Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Philadelphia Christian Church 3127 General Meyer Ave. New Orleans, LA. on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 10:00a.m.
