Lillie Mae Luckett Royal entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at the age of 80. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Beloved wife of the late John Royal, Sr. Loving mother of Linda A., Lisa Kim, John, Jr., Gregory K., Sr. (Shirley), Darrell J., and Reginald (Cheryle) Royal,Sr., Command Master Chief U.S. Navy Chris A. (Miki) Royal, Sr., First Sergeant Ret. U.S. Army Ivan (Aimee) Royal, Sr. and Damon (Keisha) Royal. Grandmother of the late Keisha Sullivan and Ashley Marie Royal. Daughter of the late Willie Luckett, Sr. and Thelma D. Luckett. Sister of the late Willie Luckett, Jr. and Oliver Luckett; also survived by 27 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 4 grandsons-in-law, 4 sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Central City Christian Fellowship, First Emanuel Baptist Church, House of Zion Ministry and all neighboring churches; employees of Olympus Building Services, Inc., United States Navy, Progressive Waste, Ada Early Childhood Center, Artco, and Crossroads of Louisiana are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Restlawn Park Cemetery, 3450 Hwy 90 W, Avondale, LA on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Darren Walker, officiating
