James Hill, a retired plumber, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at his residence. Father of Bryan Hill. Son of the late Cleandrew and Ardell Hill. Brother of Dewitt (Susie) Hill, Clarence (Jaquet ) Hill, Edgar (Lisa) Hill, Archie (Rita) Hill, Leon (Pat) Hill, Idell (Stafford) Brignac, Bobby Carriere and the late Helen, Irena, Cleandrew, Jr., and George Hill. Beloved nephew of Joseph (Connie) Carol. Loving uncle of Tawanda Valentine. Brother-in-law of the late Mary Alice Hill, Geraldine Hill, and the late Clinton Carriere; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 75 years, a native of St. Joseph, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 1419 4th St. Westwego, LA on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Woodrow Hayden, officiating
