Arthur “Popsicle” Bijou, a retired landscaper for LSU, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at his residence. Devoted father of Captain Sharise M. Bijou of Geilenkirchen, Germany, Arthur “Gregory” Ernest of Atlanta, GA, Terrell Ernest, Beryl Foley, and Jahmar Webb all of New Orleans, LA. Former husband of B. Marie Savage Bijou of Sylmar, CA. Son of the late Joseph A. and Renette P. Bijou; also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Age: 76 years, a native and resident of New Orleans, LA.
