Barbara Ann “Porkey” Risin, age 71, departed this life on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso, TX. She was native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Tucson, AZ. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Risin. Loving mother of Valerie (Lawrence) Guilford and George Paschell. Daughter of the late Samuel Brooks Williams and Fannie Mae Williams. Sister of Harry Williams, III, Kenneth Black, Helen Williams Nelson, and the late Noney Wilson, Flora Ann Bethley and Audrey Bolds; also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the parlor.
