Percy Emile White, Sr.

Percy Emile White, Sr., a retired employee of Plexco Company, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 25, 2016 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank at the age of 82. He was a native of Ethel, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA.

Beloved husband of Carmen A. White for 43 years. Father of Sophia W. (Damien) Johnson, Nathaniel E. (Brittany) White, Erwin Chancellor, Zinn W. (Lionel) Fobb, and Percy E. (Yazette) White, Jr. Grandfather of Xzania White Lee, Erwin Chancellor, Jr., Oliva White, Nala White, and Kameron White. Great grandfather of Noah E. Lee. Son in law of the late Leonard White and Lucinda White Carter. Brother of the late Ammie Williams. Son in law of Ethel Alsay and the late Horace Alsay, also survived by 3 sisters in law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Second Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Mt. Olive Baptist Church 1701 Estalote Ave. Harvey, LA on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11:00a.m.
