Beloved wife of David McMillan. Devoted mother of Joan (Lee) Denomes, Elton (Christy) McMillan, Elodie (Derrick, Sr.) Johnson, Ronald McMillan, and the late David (Robbie) McMillan, Jr. Grandmother of Inez, Precious, Eltyana, Ronald, Terry, Derrick, Jr., and Eric, Sr.  Daughter of the late Henry and Ursula Banks. Sister of Nathaniel Banks, and the late Merrieum Jimerson, Ursula Alexander, Clifford, Henry, Jr., Lester, and Oliver Banks, also survived by 25 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 87 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Macedonia Baptist Church, St. Mark Baptist Church, Morning Star Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Macedonia Baptist Church 1219 Cohen St. Marrero, LA on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Albert Mickel officiating

Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. at the above named church.

Interment: Providence Park Cemetery-Metairie, LA.
