Al Peter Coston

Al Peter Coston departed this life at West Jefferson Medical Center on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at the age of 51. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Al was a graduate of L. B. Landry High School and employed as a deckhand with a local tugboat company. Loving father of Darrius Brooks, Dorish Brooks, Alkayla Coston, K’Michelle Coston and Clarence “Blue” Duhe. Beloved son of Linda J. Rodgers Coston and the late George P. Coston. Grandson of the late George, Sr. and Bernice Coston, Clarence and Margaret Rodgers. Devoted brother of Joseph (Dovanda) Coston, Georgina (Lawrence) Parker, Lolita (RoShon) Thompson, Elisa Knotts and LaDonna Gray; also survived by 4 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of All Saints Catholic Church and all neighboring churches; alumni of L. B. Landry High School are invite to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Catholic Church, 1441 Teche St., New Orleans, LA on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA
