Isiah Crayton Jr. departed this life on Thursday August 11, 2016 @ Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, La. Beloved husband of the late Laura Crayton. Devoted father of Carolyn Minor, Laura ( Henry) Fournier, Sharon Crayton, Isiah Crayton, III, Kevin (Laura ) Crayton, Bryan (Arcenia) Crayton, Sr., Izella Crayton, Joycelyn (Steve) Beesley and the late Charles Smother.   Son of the late Isiah Crayton Sr. and Beatrice Crayton. Brother of Willie and Josh Crayton, and the late Abe Crayton, Alonzo Creighton and Edna Hill. Grandfather of the late Yia’sha Anders. Brother in law of the late Jimmy Hill. Also survived by 21 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 81 Years, a native of St. Joseph, La. and a resident of Baker, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Little Zion Baptist Church #3, Mt. Olivet Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Little Zion Baptist Church #3, 441 Wilson Rd. Marrero, La. on Wednesday August 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Norman D. Smith, III officiating

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until service time at church.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery -Avondale, La.
