Rose Lee Williams Howard

Rose Lee “Sister” Howard stepped into eternity on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Oregon Howard, Jr. Loving mother of Oregon III, Anthony, Trenise, Shantell, and Antonio Howard, Jaunita (Henry) Walker and Andrea (Riccardo) Ravy. Stepmother of Marlon Allen. Daughter of the late Edward and Mary Williams. Sister of Irvin Williams and the late Fannie Mae Florant. Aunt of the late Carl Florant. Godmother of Melissa Nellon and Shawn Allen. Goddaughter of the late Virginia Williams. Special friend of Albert Sparks; also survived by 20 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 67 years, a native and resident of Marrero, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Macedonia Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Macedonia Baptist Church, 1219 Cohen St. Marrero, LA on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10:00a.m.      

Pastor Albert Mickel, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA
