He was employed with Trans Ocean International as a Roustabout.

Father of Direka Gordon, Darineka Taylor, Dirk Brown, Jr. and Marcell Brown. Stepfather of Patrick, Lorenzo and the late Tony Barthelemy. Grandfather of Naomi Gordon, Donte Gordon, and Amir Barthelemy. Son of the late John Wesley Brown and Myrtle Lee Brown. Grandson of the late Rev. Clarence B. Riley and Louise Riley. Brother of Eric Brown, Derric Brown, and the late Pamela Brown. Godson of Julie Darensburg. Nephew of Gladys Riley Vaughn, Gloria Simms, and Florence Riley, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends

Age: 46 a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Algiers, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family; employees of Avenue Inn Bed and Breakfast and Crescent City Adult Day Healthcare are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Monday, September 12, 2016 at 11:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. at the parlor.

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA
