Freeman Maurice Skinner

Freeman M. “Free” Skinner entered into eternal rest at his residence on Saturday, August 27, 2016. He was employed as a carpenter for Cooper Concrete Industries.

Fiancée of Jennifer Warren. Devoted father of Lalia Bullock. Son of Harry Skinner, III and Frances (Pattie) Skinner. Grandson of Joan Skinner and the late Vera Pugh, Walter G. Bailey, and Harry Skinner, Jr. Brother of Brandon J. Bailey and Harry P. Falls. Nephew of Joan Lewis, Cecile McKenzie, Rene Bailey, Harold, Baldwin, Nelson, Peter, and Patrick Skinner and the late Walterine, Irwin, and Kerman Bailey, and Steve Skinner. Cousin of the late Mark Freeman, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

Age: 30 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gulfport, MS.

Relatives and friends of the family, also Pastors, officers and members of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Funeral Service at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 2200 Louisiana Ave. New Orleans, LA on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10:00am. Visitation will begin at 8:00am until service time at the above named church
