Sherman Louis Poston

Sherman Louis Poston, age 57, entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Ochsner Medical Center Main Campus. He was a native and resident of Harvey, LA. Sherman was employed as a Diesel Mechanic. Loving son of Estella Poston and the late Robert Poston. Brother of Edward Lewis, Ryan Poston, Marilyn Scott, Sandra Knoten and the late Carolyn Poston. Uncle of the late Percy Howard, Jr.; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of New Jerusalem Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 414 Westwego Ave. Bridge City, LA on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10:00a.m. Pastor George Davis, officiating
