Carroll S. Duplessis entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 24, 2016 at Canon Hospice.

Beloved wife of Michael J. Duplessis, Sr. Devoted mother of Michael (Amanda) Duplessis, Jr., Michelle Francois, Terri Johnson, and Tachel (Jerro) Jones. Devoted aunt /mother of Terrineka Barton. Grandmother of Michael, III, Shawnte, Tichelle, Kiasha, Terrance, Jalen, Janay, Jalynd, Javonte, Joseph, and Joshua. Daughter of the late Charles, Sr. and Abena Warren Smith. Sister of Constance (Anthony) Brown. Great niece of Minnie Cheney. Sister in law of Larry (Paulette) Duplessis, Sr. Brenda Antoine, and Gail Duplessis, also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Age: 66 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Central St. Matthews United Church of Christ, Ephesus, Caffin Ave, and Westbank Seventh Day Adventist Churches and Life Center Cathedral and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral services at Central St. Matthews United Church of Christ 1333 South Carrollton Ave. New Orleans, LA on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 11:00a.m.
