Orelia Noah Lyons

Orelia Josephine Noah Lyons entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Ochsner Medical Center Jefferson Highway. She was a retired Cafeteria Manager for New Orleans Parish School System. Beloved wife of Usia Lyons, Jr. Devoted mother of Debra Ann Walker, Usia Lyons, III, and Donald Lyons. Daughter of the late Phythian and Anna Noah. Granddaughter of the late Charles and Clara Phillips. Sister of Phythian, Jr., Melvin, Raymond, and Alvin Noah, Anna Pierre, Clara Taylor, and the late James, Daniel, and Nathaniel Noah, Lily Mae Burke and Victoria Sanders, also survived by 9 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Age: 79 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of True Hope Ministries International and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral services at True Ministries International   1228 Cohen St. Marrero, LA on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA.
