Malaysia Janae Carter entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Tulane Lakeside Hospital.

Beloved daughter of Melvin Joseph Carter, Jr. and Erica Annette Willis. Granddaughter of Noreen S. Carter, Terry and Michele Wilson, Eric Washington, and the late Melvin Joseph Carter, Sr. and James Ellis Davis. Great granddaughter of Eva Rose Stewart, Ernest Mayho, and the late Willie (Shirley K.) Salsberry, Jr., Larry Bob (Joyce A.) Carter, Sr., and Doris (Prentiss, Jr.) Washington. Sister of Brandon Gerard Wallace, Jr., Malakai Joseph Carter, and Paris Gabrielle Wallace, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of New Testament Baptist Church are invited to attend the graveside service at Westlawn Cemetery 1225 Whitney Ave. Gretna, LA on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 1:00p.m.
