Gistarve Paul Joseph, Jr. peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Beloved father of Jamel (Tanica) Joseph, Sr. Grandfather of Debriann Joseph and Jamel Joseph, Jr. Son of the late Gistarve Paul Joseph, Sr. and Geneva Bartholomew Joseph. Grandson of the late Welmon and Victoria Joseph, Joseph and Marie Anezilda Bartholomew. Brother of Mary Catherine Walker, Jean Joseph, John Gerald Joseph, Victoria Mayfield, Melvin (Janice) Joseph and Marie Joseph Brown, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Age: 65 years a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Marrero, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of New Salem Church of Christ Holiness U.S.A. and neighboring churches;  West Jefferson High School Class of 1968 are invited to attend the Home going celebration at  New Salem Church of Christ Holiness U.S.A. 1540 Mansfield Ave. Marrero, LA. on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 10:00a.m.
