Hilton Robert Fluker

Elder Hilton Robert Fluker, Sr. fought the good fight of faith, until God called Him home on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Slidell Memorial Hospital at the age of 52. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Slidell, LA. Elder Fluker was Pastor of Committed to Change Teaching / Radio Ministry and a truck driver for the U. S. Post Office.

Beloved husband of 15 ½ years to Betty Lofton-Fluker. Father of Ja’Nelle (Joshua, Jr.) Slack, Hilton (Elvira) Fluker Jr., Jamell Fluker, Robierre Fluker, David (Kyeshia) Fluker and Zojoshafay Fluker. Grandfather of Joshua Slack III, Damion, Vincent, Adarius Kelly, Isaiah and Lakayla Fluker, Da’Nila King, Brandell Lewis, and Christiana Galloway. Son of the late Richard, Sr. and Frances Johnson Fluker. Brother of Richard Fluker Sr., Gloria (Jerry) Whatley, Brenda Fluker, and Joyce Fluker, also survived by a host of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of Greater Zion Field Family Worship Center, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Greater Zion Field Family Worship Center 636 11th St. Westwego, LA. on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 10:00a.m.
