Gloria Dell Chapple Webb

Gloria Dell Chapple Parker Webb entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 5, 2017. She worked in the food service and child care industry for over 55 years. Gloria was a dedicated employee at Charity and F. Edward Hebert Hospitals, Orleans and Jefferson Parish School System, Avondale Shipyard   a host of other jobs. Wife of the late Charlie Webb by second marriage and Raphael A. Parker by first marriage. Mother of Veronica Parker (Barnell, Sr.) Williams, Karen Parker, Shone Robert (Katina) Webb, and the late Aaron Webb. Daughter of the late Walter Chapple, Sr. and Delores Simms. Sister of Walter Chapple, Jr., Theresa C. Kingsberry and the late Janice and Carliss County, also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 76 years a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Avondale, LA. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral services Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church 1419 Fourth St., Westwego, LA on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Woodrow Hayden officiating Viewing will be held from 8:00a.m. until 10:00a.m. ONLY at the above named church.
