Joyce Faye Allen,a retired teacher for Jefferson and Orleans Parish School Systems, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.

Daughter of the late Monroe Allen and Massie Barrett Allen Pinkston. Sister of Monroe Allen of Mendenhall, MS, Miriam Allen Stiff of Mason, OH, Betty Allen Amerson of Houston, TX., and the late Eddie Marie Allen Robinson, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Age: 67 years a native of Jackson, MS and a resident of Gretna, LA

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Regular Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Regular Baptist Church 901 5th St. Gretna, LA on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 10:00a.m.

Viewing of remains will be held from 8:00a.m.-10:00.m. ONLY at the above named church.

Interment: McDonoghville Cemetery-Gretna, LA.
