Percy Williams, age 69, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, February 24, 2017. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Bridge City, LA. Loving husband of Pamela Williams. Devoted father of Percy Harris, Jerome (Tonya) Jarrow, Tisha Williams, Jennifer Williams, Jackie Porter, Linda (Timothy) Howard, Deanna (Derrick) Williams, and Michelle Williams (Bishop Gordon) Gordon. Son of the late Percy Williams and Gladys Smith. Brother of Ernest Williams, Louis Harris, Shirley (Joseph) Grant, Mary (Ernest) Sparks, Joanna Williams, Cynthia (Eddie) Shephard and Marilyn Brown; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Second Salvation Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service at Second Salvation Baptist Church, 212 Marrero Ave. Bridge City, LA on Saturday, March, 4, 2017 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Charles Crawford, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
