Josie Shoulders Sanders

Josie Shoulders-Sanders, a homemaker, entered into eternal rest at her residence on Friday, March 3, 2017.

Daughter of Viola McNeil and the late Acie B. McNeil. Mother of Barbara Scott and the late Almon Banks and Matthew Myles. Brother of James Walls, Clara Mae Lee, and the late Annie Banks, also survived by 27 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Age: 72 years a native of Hermanville, MS and a resident of New Orleans, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church 1542 Pailet Ave. Harvey, LA on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church

Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA.
