Alton Lawrence Williams

Alton “Guy”Lawrence Williams entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 19, 2017 at West Jefferson Medical Center at the age of 33. He was a native of Hammond, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA for 25 years. Loving son of Everett and Ellen Jones. Brother of Derron and Tamika Jones, and the late Everett Jones, Jr. Uncle of Kendrell Jones, Amanda Diaz, and Aaria Jones. Nephew of Iola Onezine, Gwendolyn Eugene, Sheila (Albert) Ketchens, Annette Parker, Paulette Alexander, Henry Jones, Kurt (Debra) Dixon, and Tracy Eugene, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Evening Star Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Evening Star Baptist Church 817 Grefer St. Harvey, LA. on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Keith P. Stewman officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. at the above named church.
