Bridget Marie Carr Mansfield, a bus driver for First Students, peacefully passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017, at the age of 54. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Beloved wife of Dwayne Mansfield, Sr. Mother of Dominique (Kevin) Walker and Dwayne Mansfield. Stepmother of D’Juan Mansfield. Grandmother of Kelsey Walker. Daughter of Sandra Carr and Ronald (Marion) Carr. Sister of Teresa, Kimberly, Tiffany, Rasonda, and Ronald (Shelita) Carr, Jr. Daughter in law of Odeal Williams. Sister in law of Robin Snowton, Terri, and Donnie Mansfield, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts uncles, relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family also , pastors, officers, and members of Household of Faith, Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Loving Four Baptist Tabernacle, and Corinthian Missionary and neighboring churches; employees of First Students, Gulf Coast Office Products, Ochsner Hospital, Apple Bus; members of Jazzie Ladies, Kool and the Gang, Step N Style SPC, Young Men Olympian Jr. Social and Pleasure Club, and Traditional Jazz Funeral Processional are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Household of Faith, 630 Jackson Ave, New Orleans, LA on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10:30A.M.
