Justin Renard Newsome departed this life on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at the age of 32. He was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. Justin was a graduate of O. Perry Walker Senior High School and employed as a First Class Engineer with the Windsor Court Hotel. Beloved husband of Melissa Johnson Newsome. Loving father of Ziah, Zinah, Jakara, Jazzmin, and Justin, Jr. Son of Leon Ross, Sr. and the late Dorothy Ann Newsome. Grandson of Simon Cornish, Gloria Ross, Lola Newsome, and the late Willie Newson, Jr. Brother of Kevin Ross, Leon Ross, Jr., Keisha Ellison Sylve, Catina Boyd, and Jamel Madison; also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.   Relatives and friends of the family, employees of Windsor Court Hotel and members of O. Perry Walker Booster Club and Band are invited to attend the Funeral Service at DAVIS MORTUARY SERVICE, 6820 WESTBANK EXPRESSWAY MARRERO, LA on Monday, July 3, 2017 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
