Stephina P. George

Stephina Pierre George departed this life at Sanctuary at Passages Hospice on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11:12 a.m. Devoted wife of Glenn M. George. Beloved mother of Aimee K. George, Angelica G. (Cal) Tate and Miriam G. (Marlo) Clark. Adoring grandmother of 6 grandchildren.  Daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Melvin Pierre, Sr. Sister of Melvin and Clifford (Jeanne Marie) Pierre and Orenda Taylor. Daughter in law of the late Rev. & Mrs. Fellman George, Sr., also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends. 

Age: 65 years a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Hosanna Fellowship Church of Gretna, Lowerlight Baptist Church, Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches  are invited to attend the funeral services at Lowerlight Baptist Church, 4422 Ray Ave.  New Orleans, LA on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation 8:00 a.m. until service time at the above named church.
