Elbert Jenefer, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 4, 2017 at the age of 75. He was a native of Onward, MS and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA. Elbert retired as a truck driver from J & J Truck Service and Citrus Land.
Devoted father of Tammy (Willie) Frazier, Charles (Annette), Albert, Lisa, Tony, and Michael Ford, Albert Black, Tomako (Sandy) Richard, Carolyn (Merlin) Ancar, and the late Mable Black. Grandfather of the late Joseph Black. Devoted friend of Grace Black. Son of the late Elbert Ford and Ollie Jenefer. Brother of Henry Ford, Sr., Hebert Jenefer, and the late Mary B. Ford, Lillie B. Ford and Benjamin Staries, also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Morning Star Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Greater Morning Star Baptist Church 14747 Highway 23 Belle Chasse, LA on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 11:00a.m.

Interment: Bayhi Cemetery-Naomi, LA.
