Sidney Howard

Sidney Howard, a retired welder, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the age of 71. He was a native of Carlisle, MS and a resident of Harvey, LA. Loving father of Haroldlyn Patterson Sandifer (Dwayne), Annette Davis (Leonard), and the late Cynthia Patterson Perrilliat. Stepfather of James Patterson. Son of the late Addie Lee Howard and R. J. Hicks. Brother of Sadie Williams, Florine Robinson, Maxine Howard all of Carlisle, MS, Henrietta Stamps, Gloria and Joyce Howard of Houston, TX, Marynell and Bobbiejean Walker of Chicago, IL, and the late Murl Divinity, Lois, Percy and Earl Howard; also survived by 9 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Second Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Second Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 1829 Pailet Ave. Harvey, LA on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 10:00a.m.
