Barbara Williams Cain

Barbara “Bobby” Williams Cain was called home to be with the Lord at her residence on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the age of 72. She was a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of New Orleans, LA.

Devoted mother of Donna Mitchell and Denise George. Grandmother of Lashondra, Adrianne, Nicole, and Donald Jones, Treasure and Faith George. Daughter of the late Joe Carter and Fannie Alexander. Sister of Mary Carter, Addie Williams, Patton Williams, Eddie Williams, Leo Williams, and

the late James Williams and Carolyn Williams. Aunt of the late Julius Williams and Conwanda Williams. Mother in law of Michael George. Godmother of Rev. Byron and Jessie Carter, also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service 230 Monroe St. Gretna, LA on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 10:00a.m.

Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor

Interment: Restlawn Park Cemetery-Avondale, LA
