Ronald Louis Clark

Ronald “DJ DOC” Louis Clark passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Ochsner Medical Center surrounded by family and friends. Ronald was a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Studies. He was a retired school teacher for Ruppel Academy For Advanced Studies.

Loving husband of Yvette Williams Clark. Devoted father of Christophere (Tiffany) Joseph, Cameron, and Christen Clark. Grandfather of Ameer amd Amari Joseph. Son of Margie Clark-Harris and the late Joe Louis Clark. Stepson of Abra Harris and Alberta Clark. Grandson of the late Hosea and Lubertha Lipscomb, Bessie Early, George and Parthenia Clark. Brother of Brenda Clark. Son in law of Doris Moline Hood, also survived by 3 aunts, 5 uncles, 1 nephew, 2 sisters in law, 2 brothers in law, 8 godchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Age: 57 years a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family also priest and parishioner of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, members of Westbank United Seventh Day Adventist Church, and neighboring churches; faculty and staff of Ruppel Academy for Advanced Studies, Tulane University Undergraduate Admissions Office, Loyola Jazz Studies Dept., and St. Katherine Drexel Prepartory School are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church 455 Ames Blvd. Marrero, LA on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 10:00a.m.
