Marguriete Antoine Jackson

Marguriete A. Jackson entered peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the age of 63. She was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Marguriete was employed as a Home Health Care worker and a Voter Commissioner in Charge with Jefferson Parish. Loving and devoted mother of Leroy Jackson, Jr. Daughter of the late Thomas, Sr. and Emma Sims Antoine. Sister of Thomas (Merideth) Antoine, Jr., Oliver (Willie Mae) Antoine, Sr., Montgomery Antoine, Emma Lee Jones, Virginia (James) Manshack, Ada Chancellor, and the late Paul, Carmille and Phylice Antoine. Special aunt of Belinda Antoine McFarland and Angela Jones. Former wife of Leroy Jackson, Sr.; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; members of Mount Pilgrim 35 Order of Eastern Star and West Bank Social and Pleasure Club are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, 1000 Walkertown Way, Marrero, LA on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 10:00a.m.

Pastor Thomas J. Brown, Jr., officiating Viewing will be held from 8:00a.m. until 9:50 a.m. ONLY at the church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, LA
